Do what works for you. I’m not saying sleep in because it’s easier to sleep in (it is for most of us). Find the rhythm that best helps you achieve the most. There’s more factoring into your success than the time of day you wake up.
We should always try and put ourselves in a place of service to others. Often times that does indeed saying “yes” and trying to figure out a way to make things happen. However, a well thought out “no, but…” could help everyone even more in the long run.
How do you maintain a GSD mindset when a routine eludes you? For me, it’s been finding little micro moments of productivity.
