I'm beginning to become a huge fan of the 99% blog that Behance publishes. There are some really inspiring creative ideas inside their portfolios and great work/life hacks to consider. Below is a video from one of their conferences that I watched not long ago. The speech is a bit longer for an internet video (30 minute) but if you are one that takes the time to watch TED talks, you should definitely check this out. Lehrer does a great job discussing the balance between creative thinking and the grit necessary to make creative ideas come to life.
