Empathy is Important
I've seen this before but it resonated more with me today. It's easy to cast an opinion on someone or be rougher than we should, whether it's an overwhelmed hostess at a restaurant or someone we run into on the street. We don't know what they're going through or their intent.
Kindness goes a long way, even if it doesn't feel deserved.
