What Should Entrepreneurs Create?

I'm not a textbook version of an entrepreneur (I skew more toward the intrapreneur category) but still found this one-minute video featuring Scott Belsky interesting. We've seen people create a lot of things. A lot of ideas. A lot of companies. Many entrepreneurial endeavors. Which ideas should we try to concern ourselves with?
