The quickest way to learn social media crisis management?

There are only two types of marketers or PR pros:

Those who have dealt with a crisis situation for their client/brand

OR

those who will eventually deal with a crisis situation.

How do you deal when everything goes south for your brand?

This Saturday, @ChandlerEpp and I will be at #SoCon14 talking about the very subject in "When 'It' Hits the Fan." Crap happens to all of us. No crisis is easy and some are unavoidable - but they aren't the end of the world.

If crisis communication blended with a cornucopia of Airplane! references is something up your alley, you'll want to come hang out with us in the last breakout session block at SoCon14.

Don't come to just see us. There is an amazing keynote panel and a plethora of smart speakers that I can't wait to learn more from while I'm there.

But seriously, if you are there, stop by the session. You won't regret it.

If you don't come and face a crisis situation - you may regret it ;) Just kidding (sort of...).
